Sixth in line
Oh, look! I'm wearing a hat. That can only mean one of two things: 1) I haven't washed my hair in at least two days, or 2) my hair just isn't cooperating and I was tired of doing a ponytail. Sadly, there's days like today when I'm wearing a hat because of both of those reasons.
date: 15 Nov 2011 | occasion: nothing
dress: Tulle via the Delightful Dozen (designed by Beatrice) | sweater: thrifted, Savers | hat: Urban Outfitters (similar) | boots: Minnetonka
I was sixth in line for this fun, scoop necked dress. I believe now that it has traveled the country, it's going back home to Beatrice in California. Unlike my hat, I'll be sure to wash it.
Here's how this dress looked on some of the other Delightful Dozen members:

It just goes to show that a beautifully simple dress can work on a variety of body types and heights. I'm now on the lookout for a scoop necked jersey knit dress cut exactly like this one. Excellent designing, Beatrice!
